This Gothic Paris gargoyle tile is a hanging plaque, can be displayed on a small easel or just lean it on a shelf. A great gift for any Gothic lover or European historian. He is one of the most classic and recognized of the French gargoyles.
The gazing gargoyle is perched atop Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris, France peering out diligently yet bored while watching for evil spirits to scare away. I was lucky enough to visit and climb the winding turret that leads to the top where the gargoyles reside. Each of the unique characters has a magnificent view of the city of lights.
